SUN
Avoid direct and indirect sun exposure for at least four weeks before and after treatment.
SMOKING
Avoid smoking as it will decrease your healing capabilities, compromising the treatment results.
HEAT
Avoid all forms of induced heat, such us: hot showers, saunas, baths, cooking, and sports.
TOUCHING
Avoid touching, picking, rubbing or pressing the scabs. Prematurely lifting can cause scarring.
