When are video consultations available?
Video consultations are held every Monday. Submit your enquiry and we will confirm your Monday appointment time by email.
How long is a video consultation?
Consultations typically last 30 minutes. We use this time to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and outline a personalised treatment plan.
Is the consultation free?
Your initial video consultation carries no obligation to proceed with treatment. The deposit placed to secure your booking spot is redeemable from the total treatment cost on the treatment day.
What platform do you use for video calls?
All video consultations and follow-ups are held via Microsoft Teams. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your Teams meeting link. To join, you can use the free Teams app on your phone or tablet, or the desktop app on your computer — both available at microsoft.com/teams. You can also join directly from your browser without downloading anything by clicking the link and selecting 'Join on the web'. For the best experience, we recommend joining from a quiet, well-lit space and testing your camera and microphone beforehand.
Can I book an in-person appointment?
Yes. In-person appointments are available at our clinic. Please mention this preference in your message and we will arrange accordingly.
