Who is not suitable for plasma pen?
Plasma pen is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have active skin infections, keloid scarring history, certain autoimmune conditions, or very dark skin tones (Fitzpatrick V–VI). A thorough consultation will determine your suitability.
What does the healing process look like?

Are the treatment packages refundable?
Treatment packages, including the Scar Therapy Package, Stretch Marks Therapy Package, Radiant Skin Package, and Bare Hands Rejuvenation Package, are non-refundable once purchased. Individual sessions cancelled with less than one week's notice or not attended will be forfeited. Please review our full booking terms before purchasing.
Is plasma pen better than surgery for eyelid lifting?
Plasma pen is a non-surgical alternative to blepharoplasty (surgical eyelid lift). It requires no incisions, no general anaesthesia, and carries significantly less risk and downtime. Results are visible and long-lasting, though surgical blepharoplasty may be more appropriate for severe skin laxity. We discuss your suitability honestly during your consultation.

What aftercare is required after plasma pen?
For the first 5–10 days, keep the treated area clean and dry, apply the recommended healing balm, avoid makeup over the crusts, and protect the skin from direct sun exposure with SPF 50+. Avoid swimming, saunas, and strenuous exercise during the healing period. Full aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment.
